Education:

                BSME - University of New Haven

                Masters of Engineering - Penn State

                Inspection Training Associates (ITA)

                Radon Certification Training - Auburn University

                Mold Certification - Pro-Lab 

Experience:

Over 25 years experience as an engineer performing design and supervision of the construction and remodeling of commercial and industrial buildings. Experience in all aspects of the construction, maintenance, remodeling, and repair of residential buildings. 

Since Becoming a Home Inspector

I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

I have passed the National Home Inspector Exam.

I have passed ASHI's Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics exam.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.

I abide by ASHI's Code of Ethics.

I abide by ASHI's Standards of Practice. 

I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every year.

I own and use high tech equipment in the performance of home inspections.

I have taken Radon certification training.

I have taken Mold certification training.
